The first application for qualified electronic certificate (NES) required for electronic signature is made by our Presidency to TUBITAK KAMUSM (Public Certification Center) on behalf of the university staff, to support the university staff for the installations that will be needed in E-Signature applications, to inform them directly about the electronic signature operation, via web page and e-mail.
